How Do I order a survey?

This is a prepaid service. You can submit your request for a survey using one of these three methods. Please note our cancellation policy.

1. Mail: Download the order form, and mail it to:

What will happen?

Once your order and payment is received, a qualified surveyor will be assigned to your request. The surveyor will call the listed contact to arrange a survey appointment. The survey requires access to the attic and therefore you or a designated adult representative must be home at the time of the survey.

The surveyor will examine items such as the wall construction type, roof shape, framing connections in the attic, and opening protection (shutters).

The surveyor will send the information to our main office for processing and two copies of the report will be mailed directly to you. In order for you to receive insurance credits for the wind resistant features certified by our service, you will need to forward the second copy of the report to your insurance agent or insurance company.

Fees

The fee schedule for this service is dependent on the square footage (Sq. Ft) of the house. Larger homes involve more work related to the identification of windows and doors.
